Project development

There is one thing all EU-support programmes have in common: When applying for funding, your project has to be prepared and described in every detail. Not only the ideal case, when everything would work out smoothly, but all conceivable obstacles on the way too.

  • What can go wrong?
  • At what point?
  • What possible risks are there?
  • What does your backup plan look like?
  • Where are your milestones?
  • How do you realise you reached the next stage?
  • How do you evaluate the overall success of your project?

Call for proposal

In the majority of cases the EU publishes so called “Calls for proposal“. This invitation to submit applications for funding is usually tightly limited. Depending on the support programme, this may happen once ore twice a year, rarely more frequently. The deadlines, however, are not always predictable at the same time of the year.

To develop a good project takes time, a good EU-project even more. I’ll support you so you will be prepared when the “call“ comes.

I’ll help you to find the “rocks in the river“.
